While we don’t produce physical products or own physical spaces, we make decisions every day in choosing solutions, suppliers, and rented spaces that can either positively or negatively impact the environment, and we are dedicated to making choices that support sustainability and reduce our
environmental footprint.

Environmental Objectives & Targets

To bring our commitments to life, we are working towards the following objectives:

  • Emissions Reduction:
    Reduce operational emissions by 50% by 2025 through a combination of direct reductions and high-quality carbon credits, aiming for true net zero by 2030. (See progress on our Carbon Dashboard)

  • Sustainable Procurement and Supplier Responsibility:
    Select low-carbon products, materials, and services, prioritising suppliers with strong sustainability credentials. Conduct regular audits, encourage supplier emissions reductions, and phase out partnerships lacking meaningful progress.

  • Sustainable Travel:
    Minimise non-essential travel and promote virtual collaboration and remote working. Support public transport, electric vehicles, and emissions-reducing travel schemes where travel is necessary.

  • Sustainable Workspaces:
    Collaborate with shared office providers to enhance energy efficiency and responsible waste management. Encourage employees to adopt sustainable practices at home, such as using renewable energy, and work with clients and partners to promote sustainability in their indirect workspaces.

  • Transparency and Reporting:
    Provide annual and ongoing updates through our Carbon Dashboard, Carbon Reduction Plan (updated version soon), and Carbon Credit Purchases to ensure transparency and track progress.

Responsibilities

Our CSR Manager is responsible for overseeing this policy, tracking progress, and collaborating with the Operations Manager to drive continuous carbon reductions. They will work closely with senior leadership and relevant departments to ensure we meet our environmental goals.
